Terms of Service

By accessing or using CollabOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.

These terms apply to visitors, registered users, managers, workspace owners, team members, administrators, community operators, developers, and anyone using public or authenticated CollabOS features.

CollabOS is a web3 collaboration and operations platform that may provide workspaces, project management, collaboration tracking, raffles, whitelist campaigns, raffle operations, forms, admissions, launch information, manager profiles, hiring, messaging, notifications, community tools, integrations, automation, and developer features.

You agree to use CollabOS lawfully and not for fraud, abuse, spam, harassment, impersonation, malicious automation, deceptive promotions, unauthorized access, or activity that harms other users, communities, third-party services, or CollabOS.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit or publish through CollabOS, including workspace data, projects, profiles, forms, applications, campaigns, raffle information, hiring requests, messages, connected accounts, and public content.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your CollabOS account, connected accounts, credentials, wallets, API keys, webhook secrets, and other authentication methods.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results directly from a failure by CollabOS to reasonably protect the service.

You should grant workspace ownership, administration, billing, integration, Discord management, developer, or other sensitive permissions only to people you trust.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account presents a security risk, violates these terms, abuses the platform, or harms users or third parties.

Workspace owners and authorized team members may use CollabOS to manage projects, collaboration records, whitelist allocations, raffle operations, follow-ups, applications, forms, team access, activity, and other workspace workflows.

Workspace administrators are responsible for configuring roles, permissions, public visibility, workflow settings, response access, allocation rules, and other workspace controls appropriately.

CollabOS may preserve activity, audit, response, collaboration, or transaction records where necessary to operate the service, investigate disputes, prevent abuse, or maintain platform integrity.

CollabOS may provide tools for creating, importing, tracking, entering, managing, drawing, or publishing raffles, whitelist campaigns, giveaways, allocations, and related promotional workflows.

Workspace operators are responsible for ensuring that their raffles, giveaways, whitelist campaigns, eligibility requirements, winner selections, rewards, and promotions comply with applicable laws, platform rules, community policies, and any third-party requirements.

CollabOS does not guarantee entry eligibility, allocation availability, reward delivery, winner fulfillment, third-party raffle accuracy, or continued availability of external providers.

You may not use CollabOS to operate fraudulent giveaways, deceptive raffles, fake allocations, manipulated winner selections, or promotions designed to mislead users.

CollabOS may allow workspaces to collect forms, applications, admissions information, hiring requests, and other user submissions.

Workspace operators are responsible for requesting only information reasonably necessary for their workflow and for handling submitted information appropriately.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit and should not provide confidential or highly sensitive information unless it is necessary and appropriate for the requested workflow.

CollabOS may apply response limits, authentication requirements, connected-account requirements, deadlines, or other submission controls configured by the workspace.

CollabOS may integrate with services such as Discord, X, Telegram, wallets, Google services, payment providers, infrastructure providers, and other third-party platforms.

You are responsible for granting only the permissions required for your intended use and for reviewing the permissions, roles, bots, wallets, accounts, API credentials, and integrations connected to CollabOS.

Third-party services may experience outages, enforce rate limits, change APIs, revoke permissions, modify policies, restrict accounts, or discontinue features. CollabOS cannot guarantee the continued availability or behavior of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services remains subject to the terms, rules, policies, and restrictions of those services.

CollabOS may allow authorized workspace users to connect Discord servers, sync member information, manage roles, review analytics, create snapshots, operate temporary-role workflows, configure campaigns, and perform other supported community-management actions.

You are responsible for making sure the CollabOS bot has only the permissions needed for your intended use and is positioned appropriately within your Discord server role hierarchy.

You are responsible for reviewing bulk actions, role changes, temporary permissions, automated workflows, campaigns, and other Discord operations before using them in a live community.

You may not use Discord management features for spam, harassment, malicious moderation, unauthorized role changes, deceptive rewards, fake giveaways, or activity that violates Discord rules or applicable laws.

CollabOS may provide public manager profiles, community pages, projects, forms, raffles, whitelist campaigns, launch information, directories, and other public surfaces.

You are responsible for content you intentionally publish publicly and for ensuring that you have the right to publish names, logos, images, project information, links, and other materials you submit.

CollabOS may remove, restrict, or hide content that violates these terms, presents a security risk, infringes rights, misrepresents another person or organization, or creates material risk for the platform or its users.

CollabOS may provide API keys, webhooks, integrations, automation, auto-entry tools, developer endpoints, or other programmatic functionality.

You are responsible for securing API keys, webhook secrets, access tokens, and other credentials and must not intentionally expose them to unauthorized parties.

Automated use must respect documented limits, eligibility requirements, platform safeguards, third-party rules, and applicable laws.

We may rate-limit, restrict, suspend, or revoke automated access that causes excessive load, circumvents platform controls, creates abuse risk, or interferes with service reliability.

Some CollabOS features may require a paid plan, subscription, entitlement, usage fee, or other payment.

Pricing, feature availability, billing intervals, usage limits, and entitlements may change as the product evolves.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and are also subject to their terms and processing requirements.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by CollabOS, fees already incurred for completed billing periods or consumed services may be non-refundable.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, disrupt, overload, bypass, scrape restricted data from, or interfere with the operation or security of CollabOS.

You may not upload malware, impersonate others, access information without authorization, manipulate platform records, evade restrictions, or misuse public manager, workspace, project, form, raffle, or community information.

You may not use CollabOS for phishing, fraud, spam, harassment, deceptive hiring, malicious automation, unauthorized financial activity, fake partnerships, fraudulent giveaways, or unlawful activity.

You may not intentionally misuse APIs, bots, webhooks, integrations, wallets, connected accounts, or automation to bypass safeguards or perform actions you are not authorized to perform.

CollabOS is continuously evolving and features may be added, modified, limited, replaced, or removed over time.

We do not guarantee that every feature, integration, provider, public page, API, automation, or third-party connection will remain available indefinitely or operate without interruption.

We may perform maintenance, introduce limits, change workflows, or temporarily restrict features where necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.
