Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CollabOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, workspace owners, team members, Discord managers, and public profile viewers.

Section 2

Use of the Platform

CollabOS is provided as a collaboration operations, hiring, and Discord management platform for web3 communities, managers, founders, and agencies.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not for fraud, abuse, spam, harassment, or any activity that harms other users, Discord communities, or the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including workspace data, public profile content, hiring requests, Discord connection details, role settings, snapshots, campaigns, and giveaway configuration.

Section 3

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activities that occur under your account unless caused by our own failure to protect the service.

You should only give owner, admin, billing, or Discord management access to trusted team members.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used in a way that threatens security, violates these terms, or harms other users.

Section 4

Discord Management and Automation

CollabOS may allow workspace owners and admins to connect Discord servers, sync member data, view analytics, assign and remove roles, create member snapshots, run temporary role workflows, create server-tag campaigns, and draw giveaway winners.

You are responsible for making sure the CollabOS Discord bot has only the permissions required for your intended use, and for positioning the bot role correctly in your Discord server hierarchy.

You are responsible for reviewing bulk role actions, temporary role expirations, snapshot-based assignments, server-tag campaigns, and giveaway results before using them in a live community.

CollabOS does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services such as Discord, payment providers, email providers, or database providers. These services may enforce their own limits, outages, restrictions, API changes, or policy requirements.

You agree not to use Discord management features for spam, harassment, deceptive rewards, unauthorized role changes, fake giveaways, malicious moderation, or activity that violates Discord rules or applicable laws.

Section 5

Prohibited Conduct

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

You may not upload malicious content, impersonate others, scrape private platform data, or misuse public manager profiles.

You may not use CollabOS to send deceptive, abusive, or unlawful hiring, partnership, Discord role, reward, or giveaway requests.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
