Alphabot integration overview

Alphabot Integration syncs raffle data into Collab Tracker.

It is meant to handle the main raffle details when a raffle is live or finalized.

CollabOS can sync:

• raffle title
• project name
• project Twitter/X link where available
• Alphabot link
• raffle status
• total spots
• GTD spots
• FCFS spots
• raffle spots
• entries count
• required roles
• visibility
• start and end date
• last synced date

The recommended workflow

1. 1.Add early projects manually or from Discord.
2. 2.Use project stages to track outreach progress.
3. 3.When the raffle goes live, Alphabot sync creates or updates the raffle rows.
4. 4.Collab Tracker shows manual rows and Alphabot rows in the same operating view.
