What is CollabOS?

CollabOS is a web3 collab operations platform for managing projects, tracker rows, deals, Discord communities, team roles, hiring, and reports.

Is CollabOS replacing spreadsheets?

Collab Tracker is designed to feel like a spreadsheet while adding structured autosave, manager assignment, Alphabot sync, filters, sheets, custom columns, column resizing, cell copy actions, link actions, and exports.

Should I add projects before I get spots?

Yes. Teams can add projects early and update the stage before spots are confirmed.

What should handle live raffle details?

Alphabot should handle the main live raffle details when the raffle is active or finalized.

Can I add tracker rows from Discord?

Yes. Use /tracker add when the Discord bot command is enabled.

Can I save a winners sheet from Discord?

Yes. Use /winners-sheet to attach a winners sheet URL to a matching grouped Collab Tracker project row.

Can I assign Discord roles from commands?

Yes. Use /assign-role for one member, /bulk-assign for multiple members, /remove-role to remove from one member, and /bulk-remove to remove from multiple members.

Can I assign roles to everyone in a channel?

Yes. /bulk-assign can target a channel when the backend command support is enabled. Use this for VC participation, active text-channel participants, or event access.

Can I sync Discord from a command?

Yes. /sync-discord can refresh members, roles, and channels when the bot is connected and the command runner has permission.

Can I delete rows?

Yes. Manual rows can be cleared and saved rows can be deleted when they are no longer needed.

Can I sign in with Discord after connecting it?

Yes. If an existing user connects Discord in their profile, Continue with Discord can log them back into that same CollabOS account.

Can I change my display name?

Yes. Users can update their display name or full name from Settings.
