Whitelist Collaboration Management overview

Whitelist Collaboration Management gives projects and communities one structured workflow for public whitelist collaborations.

Project-side workspaces can create a campaign, define application requirements, publish it for discovery, review community applications, approve GTD and FCFS allocation, collect external raffle links, review winner sheets, handle duplicate policy, and finalize delivery data.

Community-side workspaces can discover live campaigns, apply for GTD and FCFS allocation, submit accepted external raffle links, and manage separate GTD and FCFS winner sheets.

The Whitelist Collaboration feature is designed as a spreadsheet-grade allocation and winner-review workflow. It does not require projects or communities to move their external giveaway execution into CollabOS.
