Community & Discord overview

Community & Discord connects a Discord server to CollabOS and turns Brainer into the community operations layer for the workspace.

The product combines the existing Discord analytics and role-management system with Community Health, customer-built messages, Guard security, onboarding, verification, moderation, persistent action logs, tickets, automations, and custom commands.

• measure joins, rejoins, leaves, net growth, churn signals, and retention
• configure scheduled Community Health reports and anomaly alerts
• create reusable customer-controlled Discord message templates
• run anti-spam, link, phrase, account-age, raid, phishing, impersonation, and suspicious-join protection
• quarantine suspicious joins and run reversible lockdowns
• configure welcome messages, verification, autoroles, self-role panels, rules, FAQ, and official links
• record persistent Discord action logs and moderation cases
• open, claim, close, reopen, and review support tickets
• run event-based or scheduled automations
• create customer-defined text commands backed by Message Builder

Community & Discord requires Community & Discord or Everything. Commands owned by Raffles or Collaboration Management continue to use their own product entitlement.
