Spreadsheet tracker overview

Collab Tracker is the spreadsheet-style operating surface inside CollabOS.

It is designed to feel familiar to teams that are used to Google Sheets while adding structure, autosave, manager assignment, Alphabot sync, filters, exports, and connected project data.

What you can do

In Collab Tracker, teams can:

• type directly into cells
• add manual rows
• edit saved rows
• delete rows
• create multiple sheets
• add custom columns
• resize columns by dragging column edges
• reorder columns
• hide or show columns
• filter by team member, month, raffle type, status, and review state
• search saved collabs and draft rows
• export CSV based on the currently visible filtered rows
• attach winners sheet links to grouped project rows
• open links from link cells
• copy cell values by right-clicking on desktop
• copy cell values by long-pressing on mobile
• view Alphabot-synced rows
• expand grouped Alphabot project rows

Manual rows and Alphabot rows

Manual rows are for early tracking and custom work.

Alphabot rows are for live raffle data such as spots, roles, entries, and raffle dates.

The point is that teams can start tracking before a raffle exists, then let Alphabot handle the main raffle details later.
