Create a whitelist collaboration campaign

Campaign creation defines the public terms communities apply under.

Campaign details can include:

• campaign name
• public slug
• chain
• description
• application opening time
• application deadline
• winner submission deadline
• launch time
• total community allocation cap
• GTD spots
• FCFS spots

GTD and FCFS

GTD spots and FCFS spots are stored separately so public campaign cards, applications, approvals, raffle submissions, and winner workflows can keep the two allocation types clear.

Total community allocation remains a separate campaign-wide cap. It is not just another label for GTD plus FCFS.

Accepted raffle hosts

The project chooses which external raffle platforms communities may use. Presets can include supported providers and the project can add another host when needed.

Application questions

Projects can add custom application questions, choose the question type, add help text, mark a question required, and reorder questions before applications begin.

Winner submission fields

The project defines the columns every winner row must include. Supported field kinds can include wallet address, Discord username, Discord ID, X username, email, text, number, and URL.

Reward setup

Default winner reward options are:

• Wallet allowlist
• Discord role
• Wallet + Discord role

A Discord role reward requires the winner data needed for role delivery, including Discord ID.

Duplicate policy

Projects can configure duplicate behavior for wallet, Discord ID, and X account:

• Allow
• Flag
• Block
• Keep first

Projects can also configure the maximum wins per identity before the selected duplicate policy applies.
