Subscription and add-on status

Subscription status tells the workspace whether the main plan is active, cancelled at period end, expired, or otherwise limited.

If the main workspace subscription expires, advanced workspace features may lock until billing is restored. Existing data is not automatically deleted just because access is locked.

Advanced X has its own plan type, applicant limit, usage, and campaign expiry. Its status is separate from the main workspace subscription.

Normal activation happens after Advanced X checkout and payment confirmation. Manual Advanced X access overrides are reserved for support, payment issues, approved custom arrangements, or controlled testing.
