Email preferences

Email preferences help users control communication from CollabOS.

Account settings

Users can update basic account details from Settings.

Common account settings include:

• display name / full name
• email address
• password
• email notifications

Changing display name

The display name controls how the user appears across CollabOS, including workspace member lists, profile surfaces, manager pages, and assigned manager fields.

Changing email

Changing email may require the current password and may require the new email to be verified.

Keep critical emails enabled for account security, workspace invites, and important operational reminders.
