Webhooks and backup sync

Webhook auto-sync lets Alphabot notify CollabOS when raffle changes happen.

Use the webhook URL shown in the Alphabot Integration page.

Recommended setup:

• Webhook handles normal updates.
• A scheduled backup sync runs much less frequently as a safety net.

Backup sync frequency

The scheduled backup sync runs every 12 hours, matching the current Alphabot backend schedule and reducing unnecessary API pressure.

Webhook payloads without a raffle slug should not trigger a full sync. Full syncs should be reserved for manual sync or scheduled backup sync.
