Application batches

Application batches let a community open fresh internal admission rounds while keeping the same public application page and form.

A batch can include:

• batch name
• open, completed, or closed status
• acceptance cap
• application opening date
• application closing date
• submitted application count
• accepted application count
• slots left

Use batches when the community runs repeated seasons, cohorts, allowlists, or limited acceptance rounds.

Completing a batch closes the active internal round without deleting the applications or changing the public form configuration. Open a new batch when the next round begins.
