Review, invite queue, and locked submissions
Submitted applications should stay stable while the community reviews them.
Submitted application lock
After an applicant submits, the application is locked. The applicant should not be able to edit X identity, answers, social tasks, generated post, published post URL, or submit again unless the team reopens the application.
Member review
Members review the applicantβs answers and vote approve or reject. Depending on settings, voters may or may not be allowed to change their vote.
Decision thresholds
Teams can configure approval and rejection thresholds. A common setup is 20 approval votes for acceptance and 10 rejection votes for automatic rejection, but each community can choose its own thresholds.
Invite queue
Accepted applicants can move into an invite queue so the team can send the Discord invite manually and mark the invite as sent.
Advanced X review
When Advanced X is active, reviewers can see the stored connected X identity and the saved follow, like, and repost verification result. Quote repost links remain available for manual review.
π‘Best practices
Keep private invite delivery manual until the team is ready. This prevents invite links from being released before application and task review is complete.
