Native CollabOS raffles

Native CollabOS Raffles are first-party raffles managed inside CollabOS.

The native raffle flow supports:

• draft, scheduled, open, closed, finalizing, finalized, cancelled, and archived states
• random raffle and allocation-aware workflows
• eligibility requirements and requirement groups
• entry identity snapshots and duplicate policy enforcement
• allocation-aware raffle tracking and winner exports
• final revalidation before draws
• cryptographically secure draw records and candidate-set audit hashes
• winner finalization, delivery status, disqualification, replacement, and controlled rerolls
• raffle templates and duplication
• user My Wins history
• optional Premium Auto Entry where the raffle permits it

Native raffle entries are stored in CollabOS. External provider winner data is kept separate from native RaffleWinner records so provider imports cannot rewrite first-party draw history.
