Provider review and manual claims

Open Raffle Providers from the workspace navigation to manage external raffle imports.

The provider page can show:

• provider connection and enablement status
• last sync state and errors
• linked raffles
• Needs Review raffles
• ignored raffles
• published winner status
• saved runner mappings

Claim a Tessera raffle

Use Claim a Tessera raffle when the raffle exists in Tessera but its runner identity cannot be matched automatically to the correct CollabOS workspace member.

You can provide:

• Tessera raffle ID
• Tessera slug
• Tessera raffle URL

Then select the actual CollabOS member who ran the raffle. A confirmed runner mapping can be reused for later Tessera raffles from the same provider identity.

Ignore

Ignoring an external raffle suppresses it for that workspace. It does not silently delete an already-created Collab Tracker deal.
