Raffle Operations overview

Raffle Operations is the multi-community raffle operating surface at /raffle-operations.

It is designed for managers who run native CollabOS raffles across more than one community and do not want to rebuild the same raffle configuration every time.

Raffle Operations keeps these concepts separate:

• project: the NFT/Web3 project being promoted
• community/workspace: the community where a raffle will run
• raffle template: that community's reusable raffle configuration
• raffle instance: the actual raffle created for the current project
• batch: the creation operation that can create one or more independent raffle instances
• raffle runner: the manager responsible for the raffle
• winners: finalized native raffle winners for the project/community

Why this matters

A project can be promoted in several managed communities, and each community can have different Discord roles, requirements, winner counts, durations, and announcement configuration.

Raffle Operations lets the manager reuse the correct community-owned template instead of rebuilding those settings manually for every project.

Access

The Raffle Operations navigation item is shown when the signed-in manager has at least one manageable raffle-operation workspace.

The page works only with communities the manager is allowed to operate and that currently have the required CollabOS Raffles access.

Raffle Operations does not merge communities into one raffle. Each resulting raffle remains an independent native CollabOS raffle with its own entries, requirements, status, draw, and winners.
