Open Team and choose Wallets from your member card’s action menu or direct button. Your Team profile is separate for each workspace.
Active members, including Viewers, can manage their own Team profile when the workspace has Collaboration Management, Raffles, or Everything. Owners, Admins, Leads and Managers can view the operational directory. Leads and Managers have read-only access to other members. Owners and Admins can manage operational wallets for other members, except an Admin cannot manage the Owner's wallets. Sharing identities and changing Team identity preferences are always self-service.
Discord and X
Choose Add connected Discord or Add connected X to share one of your connected personal accounts. Manual usernames and IDs are not supported. Connect another opens the existing account Connections menu; finish connecting, then reopen Team Wallets to share it.
You can share multiple identities and set a preferred identity separately for Discord and X. Team preferences apply only to this workspace and do not change account or public-profile primaries. Unshare removes Team sharing while keeping the account connected. Disconnected or reassigned identities stop appearing in live Team output. Staff exports use the preferred shared identity, otherwise the sole shared identity, otherwise a blank or an ambiguity message.
Wallets
EVM, Solana and Bitcoin are available by default. Use Add Chains at the top of Wallets to enable supported additional sections: Aptos, Sui, TON and Tron. Search, select a chain, then use Add wallet in its new section. Enabling a section creates no wallet. Empty enabled sections persist for this workspace member; sections with stored wallets stay visible. Additional chains use Team-only entry, without personal mint-wallet import.
EVM is one address family across Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon and other EVM networks. Bitcoin supports mainnet addresses. Team declarations do not verify ownership.
Add wallet offers two choices:
- Use existing mint wallet: choose one of your eligible personal mint wallets and its validated wallet type. Import saves an independent Team copy; it does not change the mint wallet or its primary setting. A source mint wallet can later be removed without deleting the Team copy.
- Add different wallet: enter a supported wallet type, full address and optional label. This creates only a Team Wallet; it does not add a mint wallet or ownership proof.
Set preferred, edit labels or remove Team Wallets where you have permission. Removing a preferred wallet leaves no preferred wallet until you choose one. Address/family duplicates are rejected; EVM case variations represent the same address. Solana and Base58 Bitcoin preserve case. Additional Team wallets validate the selected chain: full 32-byte hexadecimal Sui addresses; full or special short Aptos addresses; TON raw or checksummed mainnet-friendly forms; and TRON Base58Check. TON alternate forms compare by raw account address. Sui and Aptos formats overlap, so format checks cannot establish which network an address belongs to. No ownership, balance or activity is verified.
