External raffle links and separate winner sheets

CollabOS does not host the community giveaway itself.

The project defines accepted raffle hosts. The approved community runs the raffle externally, then submits the raffle link back into CollabOS.

GTD and FCFS raffle submissions are separate.

If a community has both allocation types, it can submit:

• GTD raffle link
• FCFS raffle link

Winner sheets are also separate.

GTD winners belong to the GTD sheet. FCFS winners belong to the FCFS sheet.

This separation prevents GTD and FCFS winner rows from being mixed accidentally.

Winner spreadsheet workflow

The winner sheet supports spreadsheet-style operations such as:

• paste from spreadsheet data
• CSV import
• cell editing
• validation
• filtering
• copy ranges
• undo and redo
• project-defined winner columns

The sheet validates the project-defined required fields before submission.
