Filters, columns, and exports
Filters help teams quickly find the right rows.
Available filters can include:
- team member
- month
- raffle type
- status
- review state
- search
Search behavior
Search should filter saved rows and draft rows so unrelated draft rows do not remain visible after searching for a project.
Columns
Columns can be reordered, resized, hidden, shown, and extended with custom columns.
Column resizing lets teams expand columns when values are longer, similar to a spreadsheet. Column widths should be saved so each user keeps their preferred tracker layout.
Use custom columns for internal data that is specific to your team, such as:
- campaign owner
- notes status
- priority tag
- special requirement
- source channel
Winners Sheet column
The Winners Sheet column stores a shared winners sheet link for a grouped project row. This is useful when several Alphabot raffles belong to the same project and the team wants one combined winners sheet.
The /winners-sheet add Discord command can save one winners sheet URL directly to the matching Collab Tracker project group. The /winners-sheet bulk command can add several project winners sheet links in one paste.
Exports
CSV export lets teams create a snapshot of the current sheet for reports, backups, or external review.
Exports should respect the current filters, search, selected sheet, and visible rows so users do not accidentally export unrelated data.
💡Best practices
Before exporting, check filters and make sure statuses, winners sheet links, and manager assignments are updated.
