What CollabOS is not

CollabOS is not only a Discord utility bot, and it is not a mint bot or trading tool. Community & Discord is one part of the wider CollabOS operating system alongside collaboration management, raffles, admissions, public discovery, hiring, and team operations.

CollabOS can host native raffle pages, but raffles are part of the wider collaboration operations workflow.

CollabOS is the operations layer around collaboration work.

Whitelist Collaboration Management does not host the community giveaway itself. Projects define the campaign, approved raffle platforms, GTD and FCFS allocation, winner requirements, duplicate rules, and delivery workflow. Communities run their raffle on an accepted external platform, then submit the raffle link and winners into CollabOS.

CollabOS also supports on-chain eligibility verification where a workflow requires it, but that does not mean every raffle entry or community application is an on-chain action.

CollabOS helps teams answer:

• which projects are we tracking?
• who is assigned?
• what is the current stage?
• which whitelist campaigns are open?
• which communities applied?
• how much GTD and FCFS was requested and approved?
• which GTD and FCFS winner sheets are still Draft, Submitted, Changes Requested, or Finalized?
• which raffle rows came from Alphabot?
• which rows were added manually?
• what has been completed or rejected?
• who is active in Discord?
• who should receive roles or rewards?
• what needs follow-up?

Native CollabOS raffles and external raffle sources can both feed operational tracking. Alphabot remains an external raffle data source for its supported workflows, while native raffles handle CollabOS-hosted entry and winner flows.
