Core workflows overview

CollabOS is built around a few core workflows. Once you understand them, the product becomes much easier to use.

  1. 1.Workspace setup

Everything starts with a workspace. A workspace is your team’s operating environment inside CollabOS. It holds:

  • members
  • projects
  • deals
  • settings
  • branding
  • verification
  • public hiring presence

Typical first steps:

  • create a workspace
  • define the workspace type
  • invite members
  • assign roles
  • configure branding and settings
  1. 2.Project tracking

Projects are the communities, brands, partners, or outreach targets your team wants to manage. Use projects to organize:

  • who you are tracking
  • where they fit
  • who owns the relationship
  • what the current status is
  • what the next action should be

Projects are the relationship layer.

  1. 3.Deal management

Deals are the active opportunities inside those relationships. A deal could represent:

  • a whitelist collaboration
  • a campaign arrangement
  • a promotion agreement
  • a partnership opportunity

Deals help your team track:

  • active status
  • priority
  • deadlines
  • whitelist numbers
  • obligations
  • next follow-up

Deals are the execution layer.

  1. 4.Follow-ups and reminders

Collab workflows break down when follow-ups are missed. CollabOS helps teams track:

  • what needs action next
  • what is overdue
  • what is waiting
  • what should be revisited later

This is one of the most important parts of keeping collab operations healthy.

  1. 5.Team management

Teams need structure, not just access. CollabOS lets you:

  • invite members
  • assign roles
  • remove members when needed
  • let members leave a workspace properly
  • monitor team performance

This creates clearer accountability.

  1. 6.Public profiles and hiring

CollabOS also supports public trust and talent discovery. You can:

  • build public manager profiles
  • publish workspace hiring pages
  • show verification and trust signals
  • receive and manage hire requests

This helps teams move from private execution to public credibility.

  1. 7.Verification and trust

Verification adds legitimacy for both users and workspaces. This helps with:

  • credibility
  • hiring trust
  • public reputation
  • stronger decision-making when reviewing people or teams

How the full workflow fits together

A common CollabOS flow looks like this:

  1. 1.Create a workspace
  2. 2.Invite the team
  3. 3.Add projects
  4. 4.Create deals inside those projects
  5. 5.Assign managers
  6. 6.Track follow-ups and updates
  7. 7.Review performance and progress
  8. 8.Build public presence through verification and hiring pages.
