New to CollabOS? Use this page to choose the guide that matches what you want to accomplish. You do not need to learn every CollabOS feature before starting.
If you are setting up a team
- Create your account and confirm your sign-in details.
- Create a workspace and choose the workspace type that matches your team.
- Add workspace branding and public links.
- Invite teammates and give each person an appropriate role.
- Open the workspace dashboard and choose the workflow you want to run.

If you are an NFT or Web3 project accepting whitelist partners
- Use an NFT Project, Web3 Project, or eligible Agency workspace.
- Create and publish a whitelist collaboration campaign.
- Set allocation pools, dates, accepted raffle hosts, application questions, and winner fields.
- Review applications and approve GTD/FCFS allocations.
- Review submitted winner sheets by allocation type, request changes where necessary, and finalize accepted sheets.
- Use the campaign master winner database and exports for delivery.

If you manage a community seeking whitelist spots
- Open Whitelist Campaigns and find a campaign accepting applications.
- Select an eligible Community, Alpha Group, or Agency workspace you manage.
- Request GTD and/or FCFS spots, answer required questions, and submit.
- After approval, run the giveaway on an accepted external raffle host.
- Submit the correct link and winner sheet for each approved allocation type.
- Respond to any requested changes before the winner submission deadline.
