CSV exports
CSV export lets workspaces download Discord member activity data.
What the export includes
The CSV can include:
- Discord user ID
- username
- display name
- joined date
- last message date
- active or inactive status
- total messages
- monthly messages
- rolling messages
- X link count
- tracked role status
- bot status
- in-server status
Filters apply to exports
The export follows the current dashboard filters.
For example, if the dashboard is filtered by:
- role-only

The exported CSV follows the same view.

💡Best practices
Before exporting:

- run backfill first if historical data matters
- check the member table before downloading
- use inactive filters when reviewing cleanup lists
