Member table and filters
The member activity table shows detailed activity for every tracked Discord member.
What the table shows
Each member row can show:
- display name
- username
- Discord user ID
- joined date
- total messages
- messages this month
- rolling messages over the selected period
- last message time
- X / Twitter link count
- active or inactive status
- whether the user is a bot
- available moderation actions
Search
Use search to find a member by:
- display name
- username
- Discord user ID
Member filters
The member filter can show:
- all members
- active members
- inactive members
- human members only
- bot accounts only
Twitter / X activity filter
The Twitter / X activity filter can show:
- all members
- members with X links
- members without X links
Inactive after days
The inactive-days filter controls when a member is considered inactive.
A member can be considered inactive if:
- they have never sent a tracked message
- their last tracked message is older than the inactive-day value
Rolling message days
The rolling message days input controls the selected activity window.
For example:
- 7 days
- 30 days
- 90 days
- 365 days
- up to 1500 days
This affects:
- rolling messages
- active member counts
- activity chart
- top active views
Sortable table headers
The table headers can be sorted directly.
You can sort by:
- member
- joined date
- total messages
- this month
- past days / rolling messages
- last message
- X / Twitter links
- status
- bot
Click a header again to switch between ascending and descending order.
Role-only filter
The Role Only toggle limits analytics to members with the tracked Discord role.
This is useful when reviewing only:
- verified members
- holders
- allowlist members
- premium members
- selected community segments
